I saw these two memes over the last day or two, and I vetted them with Christian friends who vouched that they are, in fact, funny. So:

I saw this on social media earlier: a sketch of a dog poking his way through the page of a book, depicted appropriately on both sides of the page.

I suppose the monks only had a few solid ways of entertaining themselves….
