Yes, our Internet connection appears to finally be fixed. What apparently happened is that a woman who lives in our building switched apartments, moving literally across the hall. But when they deactivated the phone connection to her old apartment, they deactivated ours instead, by mistake. Oops.

But now we’re back online. Huzzah!!!
