I think I can say with a high degree of confidence that I ate better than you did last night, thanks to The Wife’s cooking of a new recipe.
I am now well on my way to becoming a big fan of squash. I never cared much for them until about a year ago.

(For the record, I had: roasted chicken that had been brined with bay leaves, sugar, and fresh garlic, then rubbed with a blend of 5-spice powder and chili powder; mashed potatoes; steamed veggies. It was pretty good, too. But your wife’s skillz look top shelf.)
