    I liked Martin Yan, from "Yan Can Cook", liked his style and knife work.

    I am an Alton Brown fan from way back, I have the dinosaur sprayer and flames on my stand mixer to prove it.

    Anne Burrell is fun to watch where Alton is geeky she is funny.

    One day before I cancelled the cable TV, I was flipping through the channels and found "Bitchin Kitchen" with Nadia Giosia. What a character!
