Atlantic. Aquaman and Namor both live there. The cod is great, when you can get it. And if it was good enough for Leif Ericson, it's good enough for me.
ARRRRRG! Tis the Atlantic you be wantin' if you be wishin' to become a man. Water that will freeze the bones and kills ya soon as looks at ya. That Pacific is for your girlie sailors. All warm and tropical. ARRRRRG look at those waters – they be an ocean that is mostly south of the equator and you can swims in it if the sharks don't getcha. Who wants a clean pirate? So me goes where the deadliest catch lives. It be the Atlantic ARRRRG!
Pacific is more exotic, because I've seen the Atlantic more frequently.
I say Atlantic. Many scoff. The Pacific is so much bigger, they say. For now, I respond, for now…
Atlantic, but not by a huge margin. Great as the Pacific NW is, I think that the eastern seaboard is more interesting somehow. There are more countries of interest across the Atlantic to me, too.
