I’m sure I’ve asked at some point what your preferred sandwich condiment or spread is — mayo, mustard, butter, whatever — but I haven’t asked about technique. So: when making a sandwich, do you spread your condiment of choice on one slice of bread, or both?

Both, but I make Dagwood-style sandwiches with lots of fillings.
Mayo on one slice; mustard on the other.
