His choice of words to emphasize with capitalization is interesting. "Forefathes [sp] Were Christian" and "From Kenya" are set aside as not in all-caps.
I wonder if there's a reason for that?
Also, it looks like the yellowish sign mostly obscured by our pilgarlic hero's is some sort of riff on Lincoln's "Government of the people, by the people, for the people." Which is a weird protest sign to use when protesting legislation that makes health care more available to, you know, the people.

Click the picture and you'll get to a Flickr stream containing a bunch of these. I love the variable spellings of "Socialism", most likely misspelled because these people don't know Socialism from a fresh turnip. Most of the Flickr stream focuses on signs with fractured spelling and grammar, but the occasional open racism always catches me somewhat by surprise. Especially this one.
