Occasionally, when I sign on to Blogger I will peruse the “Recently Published” list, just to see what gems I’ve missed lately. And one strange thing I’m noticing is that a lot of bloggers are employing random capital letters in their titles — for example, if I changed the title here from Byzantium’s Shores to ByZanTiuM’s SHoRes. Is this some new nugget of “coolness” whose memo I missed, or is there a purpose here?
