    BTW, what date did Cal start the 30 day challenge? Is it on his sidebar?

    I'm not really sure — he doesn't seem to use post labels, so you just have to go back a few days in his archives. Not a bad idea, anyway, because he posts very prolifically and he's got lots of cool stuff to look at. He's a few days ahead of me on this challenge and he listed all of the topics, so if you find that post of his, you'll know what to expect.
