Sunday Stealing….

Well, I’m up at 6:41 but it’s Fall Back Day so I guess I supposedly feel like it’s 7:41? Or do I have that backwards? Anyway, the coffee’s good. Here’s a quiz.

(BTW, I detest this clock-changing and the whole thing is stupid and DST needs to be smothered with a pillow, and that’s all I’ll say on the subject.)

1. Do you have a business card? If yes, what’s your job title?

For my day job, I do not. I do have cards for my Official Site and as an author, but I need to make new ones! They’re wildly out of date and don’t reflect my newfound identity as a photographer, and worse, they feature quotes by Neil Gaiman and JK Rowling, neither of whom I want to associate myself with in any way. Making new cards has been on my “To Do” list…for a while now. I’m thinking Thanksgiving Weekend might be a time to do that.

2. What day of the week were you born?

Saturday, I think? No, Sunday! I had to look it up. Sunday, September 26, 1971.

3. What vegetable do you refuse to eat?

My antipathy for broccoli is so well known that I doubt I can even use “Mmmm, broccoli!” as a way of notifying social media followers that I have been kidnapped.

4. How many times have you stayed overnight in the hospital?

Zero. I hope to continue this streak as long as possible.

5. Do you have more piercings or tattoos?

I have zero of either. What can I say, I’m boring. (I wouldn’t mind having a tattoo, but I don’t want any enough to actually spend the money to do it.)

6. Do you like to shop?

Yes, and I’m trying to like it less.

7. How much cash is in your wallet right now?

Let’s just say “more than usual”, because we’re actually going to a market event today in Canada. Yay!

8. Let’s play MASH: Do you live in a mansion, apartment, shack, or house?

House. I could do “apartment” again, especially if it’s in a city. Mansion would feel really weird; if I had the money to do “mansion” I think I’d rather do “house” (with the proviso that it’s big enough that I can shelve all my books, with no double-shelving) on a big piece of land with lots of trees. I am very suspicious of people who live on tree-less lots.

9. Where are you in the family birth order (oldest, middle child, youngest, or only child)?

Youngest.

10. When you were 5 years old, what did you call your parents?

Mom and Dad. (Sure would be nice if I could call them now, to be honest.)
