1. I read that and went, yes Steph I feel your pain.

2. Argh, yes.

   I tell my students who gripe about "how hard" it is to find a scholarly article using the library search databases that they know NOTHING. They have never broken a toe by dropping a 25 pound bound copy of "Biological Abstracts" on it.

   and they can get off my lawn, too.
