On yesterday afternoon’s sports shows in Buffalo, more choruses of “Trade Travis Henry!” were heard, the logic being that Henry’s trade-stock will never be higher than it is right now. Whatever. In my opinion, the only way they should trade him is if the offer is staggeringly good. I’m talking a trade on the order of that brilliant deal in which the Vikings sent something like fifteen draft choices, six players, three assistant coaches, and a parking valet to the Dallas Cowboys for Herschel Walker. Anything less than that, and forget it. The Bills have to decide if they are still building toward a Super Bowl run, or if they’re ready to make one. If they want to make an actual run next season, then they have to keep Henry. Simple as that.
