What is your favorite cheese? And what is your preferred method of eating your favorite cheese? (i.e., how do you serve it…or what do you cook it in…and so on. Basically, talk to me about cheese.)

mozzarella in lasagna; Swiss on sandwiches; jarlsberg to eat as chunks of cheese
My favourite cheese is a Morbier, when it's already really runny. My favourite way of eating cheese is a fondue. It's a bit messy and I can't eat that much, but it tastes so good. Plus, it always reminds me of the hilarious scene in Asterix in Switzerland, where the guest at an orgy become entangled in the cheese.
If I had to pick just one favorite I guess it would be Cabot extra sharp Vermont cheddar. I love cheese. Anything you can put cheese in that's the way I like to eat it – cheesecake, pizza with extra cheese, nachos with lots of cheese, cheeseburgers, cheese on crackers, potatoes au gratin…
Swiss, especially on Reuben sandwiches, Yum! I haven't had a Reuben in a while…
Any triple-cream cheese is high on the list. Although I even like cheap string cheese. Not crazy about smoked cheese of any sort.
Cheese. It's what's for dinner.
It's a cheddar. You can only get it at a store named Harman's in a tiny town in northern NH called Sugar Hill (there's a really great pancake house there too). The cheese comes from New York State, then Harman's ages it for two years. Sharp enough to shave with.
Really sharp British cheddar. Pieces of it with a sturdy bread and a crisp dill pickle.
