I think I’m becoming a fan of the band The Killers. I don’t know much about them yet, and I’ve only listened to one album of theirs all the way through, and it’s not even a studio album. But I’ve heard enough to know that I have a new addition to my list of Concerts I’d Attend If I Had A Time Machine: The Killers’ appearance at the Royal Albert Hall in London in 2009. They led off with one of their biggest hits, the unbelievably ear-wormy song “Human”, which has a magnificent beat, a melody and a chorus that are catchy as all hell, and lyrics that don’t make a whole lot of sense but really, who cares about that.
