Here’s what’s happening
The big reason why posting will be more sporadic here than usual over the next six weeks is that we have made a decision that is going to greatly impact my family life. We’re moving. To one of those “house” … Continue reading
Roger is 61.
Go wish him well. We will update again in one year, when he is 62.
Happy Birthday to The Wife!!!
“Our marriage has outlasted all of the world’s leaders except for Castro, and if we keep talking, arguing, making love, and dancing to the Ramones-gabba-gabba-hey-it’ll probably keep working.” –Stephen King We may not have the years that Stephen and Tabitha … Continue reading

There’s a thing going around Facebook right now where a person will give a certain number of random facts about themselves, and if you “Like” the post, they get to give you a number, and you do the same thing. I … Continue reading
Snapshots from Ithaca
This weekend The Wife and I made our annual getaway to the Ithaca Apple Harvest Festival, and we had a great time as always…although the festival itself wasn’t quite like it usually is, owing to the fact that Ithaca is … Continue reading
The Law of Dietary Miracles
In any comments thread on a social media site pertaining to some new diet that someone is trying out, a commenter will report that a relative of theirs tried that same diet and hasn’t had a migraine since.
“One thing led to another, and I forgot to kill myself that day.”
