I believe I forgot to mention in my football post the other day how happy I am that a new batch of commercials for the NFL playoffs featuring Don Cheadle are starting up. I got a big kick out of those ads last year. Maybe they can somehow mention the Bills’ Super Bowl run, now that the whole stigma of “They lost four in a row!” is giving way to a mystique of “They went to four in a row!”
(And yes, I’m looking forward to a fresh surge of Google hits from people looking for “Don Cheadle playoff ads”, “Don Cheadle playoff commercials”, “Don Cheadle NFL”, and whatever other formulations there may be!)
