It sure strikes me as odd that science is doing no inquiry that I know of into the odd phenomenon that beer tastes better on Friday than it does on Tuesday. How does the beer know what day it is?!

There is actually a computer chip in the opening of beer (Bottle top, pull tab on the can) that keeps track of the days. It's expected to be rended useless in 2100, however, when the year fails to have a leap year like most years divisible by four do.
There is also a whole molecular process going on between you and the beer's ingredients that I barely understand myself so it would be useless for me to try to explain it to you. Just remember what the company said when I asked them that very question, "Sir, you don't make the rules, just enjoy them."
I suspect it links with the divine,
“Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy.” Ben Franklin.
Being a man of science before God myself. Research will need to continue I also shall study the Tuesday night chicken wing paradox.
