2. I had the same reaction. I've switched to Feedly and – though it's taking some getting used to because it does things a little differently – I love it. It imports directly from Google Reader with one click and I actually like some things about it better than Google Reader.

3. OK. Pardon my vast ignorance, but what does this mean, exactly? That I won't be able to tell on my Blogger blog the last time someone updated theirs?

4. This makes me really, really unhappy.
