Of these two phrases, which is more annoying: “At the end of the day….”, or “It is what it is!”?

I avoid trendy sayings like these, and people who use them seem somehow pathetic to me, as if using them will make them look cool or something. "At the end of the day" is the worst of the two. In my high corp years I got really sick of "the bottom line."
The former is just the equivalent of "Well…" It's filler.
The latter evokes Aretha, so is perfectly acceptable.
"It is what it is!" Mainly because I use it unthinkingly sometimes and I know it can be annoying. It's kind of a dumb statement, but it does convey the idea that whatever it is you are talking about cannot be changed and any subsequent action must account for that reality. I inadvertently say this when something has happened that must be dealt with and people around me are saying things like, "if only this had happened instead."
"At the end of the day" is just pointless filler. I get a little tired of hearing it but it's not that bad.
I absolutely HATE "It is what it is." Every time I hear someone say it I want to ask, "Well, if it is what it is then what IS it?"
