Wouldn’t it be nice if I could get this frakking book done? Seriously, folks, this is getting out of hand. I honestly believed I’d be done a week ago, and yet here I am, still struggling to get the epilogue to work. It’s enormously frustrating.

Fine, thanks for asking. Fine, really, but…
It has been raining literally every day for several weeks. Rain is a good thing in this part of the world so I am truly thankful for it but I'm getting tired of it. I want three days in a row with no rain. Seriously, is that too much to ask?
Also, I have been feeling unmotivated lately. I'm bored and yet I don't feel like doing much of anything. I think it's a combination of the weather and sinus medication. I thought I'd try the so-called non-drowsy stuff this year. (Zyrtec) It does make me less drowsy than Benadryl but just sort of on the edge of being drowsy so that no activity really appeals.
But I'm fine.
