Little Quinn was born ten years ago today. He’ll never know, alas, what he has taught me about who I am and what kind of person I need to be. Likewise, I’ll never know, alas, what kind of person he might have been.

So sad for you and your family. Very sorry.
Aw, Kelly… every year in all the time I've followed your blog, I've wanted to say something really good on this occasion. Something that heals and informs and makes it all make sense. I'm sorry that I never seem to come up with whatever that might be.
Peace, my friend.
Though the power of your words you have shared the sweet spirit of this little boy, and his sister, even to those of us who never held them in our arms. You have allowed us to hold your children in our hearts, as we do you, and your family that remains. ALWAYS.
