Last week the Family Unit and I were at my parents’ house for several hours, in the Southern Tier of Western New York. There really isn’t much going on down there to live for, but it is a beautiful place, especially in winter. That day it hadn’t yet snowed in the Buffalo region, but down there, they had a pleasant covering. Here are some photos from that day.

Note the snow in my hair.
As I write this, it’s in the 50s and rainy. It’s forecast to hit 60 on Tuesday. Ugh! I like December to be snowy!
you'll see more snow soon enough; won't be like last year, the long-range forecast said.
