Six proposals for redeveloping the World Trade Center site were unveiled today. I prefer the “Memorial Promenade” version, with its two towers of equal height surrounded by a ring of smaller buildings and plenty of land set aside for memorial space (and I’m pretty sure this design is one of those that does not actually build on the two spots where the original Towers stood).
